UMB Bank, Trust Associate, Kansas City (July 2007-February 2009)

  • Reviewed 500 real estate assets held in the trust accounts UMB administers within the first 6 months of employment to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Orchestrated and completed inspections for 200 of those real estate assets in 3 months at a minimal cost to the company per the OCC’s guidelines.

  • Supervised and informed thirty-eight diverse freshman residents as a sophomore.
  • Created and implemented original monthly programs to stimulate interaction between the residents.
  • Communicated to fellow Resident Assistant’s (staff meetings) and a Resident Director (one on one meetings) hall, room, and resident issues, as well as assembled a weekly hall meeting for the residents to gather and report information pertaining to the hall.
